Beverly Simms holds a Doctor of Beverly Simms holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano performance from the University of North Texas. She received the Master of Music in Piano Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music. She has studied with Marion Hall, Adam Wodnicki, Charles Fugo, Tong-Il Han, Robert Cowan, Maria Luisa Faini, and Stephen Bardas. Dr. Simms is active as a soloist, chamber musician, and workshop clinician. Recent performances include guest appearances with the South Bend Symphony and the Terre Haute Symphony, and solo recitals at Northwest Missouri State University and at the University of Montevallo as part of their Centennial Celebration.
